Debra Fagan

Debra Fagan has been a successful LIV Sotheby’s International Realty broker for 20 years with over $400,000,000 in sales. The distinctive service she provides is founded on integrity, account¬ability and dependability. She is proud of her extensive experience finding homes for doctors and scientists at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. Debra provides concierge real estate services to her clients.

Debra practiced corporate law for twenty years before joining LIV Sotheby’s Realty in 2003. While a partner at Holland & Hart, she earned the trust of her clients and the respect of opponents as a strong but fair negotiator. Debra’s legal experience has translated well into her real estate career, giving her clients the benefit of her expe¬rience negotiating and closing hundreds of transactions. Her children attended Cherry Hills Village Elemen¬tary School, Hamilton Middle School IB program, Colorado Academy, East High School, Bucknell University, University of North Carolina, and Columbia Law School. Debra graduated from Indiana University (B.A., with highest distinction, Phi Beta Kappa) and from University of Chicago Law School. She has been involved with a number of community activities, including Habitat for Humanity, Invest in Kids and East High School A+ Angel Mentoring.
